THE STUDIO
A second home for everyone who walks in
The arrow in our mark carries two ideas at once: forward progression, and the five major muscle groups worked in every class on our schedule. It's a reminder that direction and effort belong together.
Hot yoga and hot barre sit at the center of what we do. Around them we've built luxury retail, premium packages, modern studio technology and amenities designed for real comfort — because ease is what lets you stop managing the day and start practicing.
The fire that burns in all of us can be harnessed. That's the whole idea.

THE FOUNDER
Lauren Locke
OWNER · INSTRUCTOR
Lauren comes to the mat from 25 years in dance. Competing took her far — a place at the 1996 Olympic Games, the pre-game and halftime show of Super Bowl XXXIV in Atlanta, and the Georgia Games.
Her yoga practice began alongside dance in the nineties. In 1998 she took her first hot yoga class and fell in love with it: the power behind the movement, paired with the ability to flow from one pose into the next, felt like a natural symbiotic relationship, and it left her grounded in a way nothing else had.
Alongside wellness she built a career in wealth management. As COO of a wealth management firm since its inception — more than twenty years with the firm — she helped brand and market the business, cultivate client relationships, drive revenue and scale it into a multi-million dollar operation while leading a team. Unsatisfied with what she saw in the industry, wellness became the priority. Helping clients improve their health turned out to matter every bit as much as helping them grow their wealth.
Lauren is NASM and CPT certified, an RYT-500, and barre certified. She draws on 25 years of dance for inspiration, building what she calls a symphony of poses across both yoga and barre. The relationship-building skills from her sales career carry straight into the studio, and have shaped lasting friendships across the health and wellness industry.
In her free time she volunteers for local charities and spends her hours with her two teenagers, four dogs and husband.
