By visiting the site, creating an account, booking a class, or signing up for membership, you agreed to the practices described in this policy.

It also includes the health and physical information you disclose to us through our liability, waiver, and health, screening acknowledgment, such as whether you have a medical condition, injury, or physical, limitation relevant to safe participation in a hot yoga or barre class. We use Mariana Tek as our studio management and booking platform when you create an account, reserve a class, or purchase a membership through our website or our booking system. The information above is collected and stored for Mariana Tek on our behalf. We also collect basic usage information automatically. When you visit the site, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view, through standard website, analytic tools.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to create manager account process class, reservations, and membership payments, communicate with you about your bookings, send you studio updates and promotional communication communications (which you may opt out of at any time), , maintain accurate health, and safety records for instructors, and comply with our legal and record-keeping obligations. We do not use your health or medical information for any purpose other than the safe operation of our classes.
Who we share your information with
We share your information with Mariana Tek , our booking and studio management platform, which processes and stores, client account, scheduling, and payment information on our behalf. We share payment card information with the payment processor that Maria A. tech integrates with in order to process your transactions; we do not separately store your full payment card number. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your health or medical information with any third-party except as necessary to respond to a medical emergency at the studio or as required by Law. We may also disclose your information if required to do so by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the safety of our clients, and instructors, or at the public.
Text messaging
No mobile information will be shared with third-party/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories, exclude, text messaging or originator opt in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
